The most amazing Hong Shui I've ever had.  A fragrant nutty note with fruity hints in the background.
 
Initial Steeps:
Fantastic fragrance! Mellow nutty aromas with grapes and nectar in the background.  Smells like the start of spring - reminds me of when the rain has just fallen, just like how life starts at spring, the leaves here start to unfurl quickly.

Later Steeps:
Getting complex with each successive steep, but still retaining a mellowness.  Very pleasant.  Impressed with how many steeps you can get out of just a few grams of these beautiful leaves.  Aromas and flavors don't fade until the 8th steep, and even then it's still quite pleasant.  Definitely a tea to have as a staple in the shelf to share with friends.
